The Lawyer

Since more than 30 years Kai Pritzsche, LL.M. (Berkeley), is practicing business law as an attorney-at-law. Until October 2018 he was a partner at the law firm Linklaters LLP, since then he has his own independent law office . He is advising and legally representing clients on such matters as contract negotiations, joint ventures, corporate law issues, energy law, M&A transactions, and the resolution of disputes.  His  practice has a particular focus in the energy sector and on international and cross-border matters. Kai Pritzsche’s work is always guided by the client’s best interest.
